- 6 Red Potatoes, Cubed
- 2 TBS Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Dill, Roughly Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Oregano
- Pre-Heat Oven to 450 Degrees
- Place Cubed Potatoes on to Baking Sheet. Drizzle with Olive Oil, Then Season with Salt and Pepper.
- Bake 30 – 35 Minutes, or Until Potato Skins Crisp and Begin to Brown.
- While Still Hot, Sprinkle Dill and Cheese on Top. Serve Immediately.
