Crispy Dill Potatoes


  • 6 Red Potatoes, Cubed
  • 2 TBS Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Dill, Roughly Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Oregano


  1. Pre-Heat Oven to 450 Degrees
  2. Place Cubed Potatoes on to Baking Sheet. Drizzle with Olive Oil, Then Season with Salt and Pepper.
  3. Bake 30 – 35 Minutes, or Until Potato Skins Crisp and Begin to Brown.
  4. While Still Hot, Sprinkle Dill and Cheese on Top. Serve Immediately.
